Are packages marked with anything identifying Atkins?

No, all items are shipped to your client with no identifying marking, the from address is Photo Lab and a PO BOX that can't be linked back to us. Everything is wrapped in plain packaging.

Frame package, the size is referring to the image size or the outside frame size? Atkins does image size, what does Pic-Time do?

Frame size is the internal size of the frame (including the printed or matted white border), the frame moulding width is not included.

What is the white border size around framed prints?

Please refer to Pic-Time for this as it changes often and they keep bringing in new beautiful options!

Can I get translucent pages for albums through Pic-Time?

Not at this time.

Everyday Album - Atkins Traditional photographic

Lay flat album = Atkins Matte Art album

Fine art print = Atkins Smooth Cotton Master Fine Art print

Matte print = Any print smaller than 12x18” is a Atkins Matte Art print, larger than that is a Atkins Smooth Cotton Master Fine Art print.

Semi gloss print = Atkins Traditional Photo (smaller than 12x18”) or a Master Fine Art print on Lustre ‘look’ paper if larger.

Decked print = Torn edge Smooth Cotton, Master Fine Art print

Gallery board = Matte Art print mounted onto card (Pic-Time Only)

Canvas = Based off Daisy package. Natural Wrap / Image wrap option is where your image goes over the edges and is wrapped around, there is no repeat or extension of your original photo. It is important to factor this in when ordering. They do not currently offer a Mirror wrap option.

Matted frame = Has a mat. Is a lustre print, depending on size will be either Traditional Photo (smaller than 12x18”) or a Master Fine Art print on Lustre ‘look’ paper if larger. Frame size is the internal size of the frame (including the printed or matted white border), the frame moulding width is not included. (Pic-Time Only)

Frame = Penelope (Print mounted in frame, Acrylic, no Border) or Emily (Print mounted in frame, Border is a part of the print, Acrylic) This product has no mat, but can have a large white border. It is a Lustre print, depending on size will be either Traditional Photo (smaller than 12x18”) or if larger sizes than our Traditional Photographic range it will be a Master Fine Art print on Lustre ‘look’ paper. Frame size is the internal size of the frame (including the printed or matted white border), the frame moulding width is not included in the finished size.

Float frame with deckled print (Pic-time only) = Smooth Cotton print with a torn edge float mounted onto a larger matt board and framed. *Borders are dependent on image size so may not be even
