02-4 Goudy
Frederic Goudy was an artist and type designer working mainly between 1915 through to 1940. He designed many of the typefaces we all use every day. He also made these staggeringly beautiful initials around 1918. They are incredibly detailed and extraordinary examples of ornament overlapping the letters are just beautiful. We love them to bits and just try to let them sing alone in the design.
