I've been in Rochester, NY USA, at Kodak's annual prolab conference, it has been a great experience. Not only is it a think tank on the future of the industry, but it is an open conversation with our major supplier. We use one of Kodak's best kept secrets, DP2, a lab production software, and this conference sits us down with the software programmers. For a major corportation to engage their programmers with it's customers, without a PR 'barrier' in the middle is brave and visionary. In the end, only the programmers can tell us what is possible, and only we can know what we want. I wish more of the world worked this way.
I think a successful business today is one that is accessible, one where you can get personal service.
Best wishes, Paul Atkins.
