What do you need to make your photographic business better? Every business needs to meet the market, to be facing the customers and satisfying their needs. This Summer School we have two key business focussed sessions that will help you find out what the market is wanting and ensure your customers' experience is the best it can be.
Customer experience analysts is one of the favoured tools business specialists use to work out how a customer connects and works with you. Mapping this out holds up a very honest mirror to you and your business practises. After identifying the areas needing work, you make these 'touch points' the best they can be. Experienced business analysts agree that this exercise can improve customer retention by upwards of 30%.
This session will teach you the following:
- Segregating your customer types
- Mapping their' journey with you
- identifying the touch points
- analysing the map
- making efficient 'swim lanes'
- addressing the issues you can in the most effective and efficient manner.
